How these were tested
Every prompt was pasted, exactly as written, into a fresh AI session with no context, no memory and no knowledge of Uncertainty Experts. A tester then answered as a specific kind of reader (a locked-down Copilot user, a daily ChatGPT drafter, a sceptical chief executive, a finance team lead unsure of the rules, a freelancer with no team, a reluctant non-user who answered in one line) until the exchange ended. Ten runs in two rounds. Round one found four real faults, fixed in the versions above: turn-by-turn praise, a false "saved" to memory, the four questions read out in the first person, and the AI supplying the first move instead of asking for it. Tested on Claude, September 2026. Behaviour on ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini will vary a little; if yours does something odd, tell us and we'll fix the wording.
If you're testing for us
Open a fresh chat (Temporary Chat in ChatGPT, a new chat in Copilot). Copy one prompt with the button, paste it, send. Pick a kind of reader from the list above and answer in their voice, short answers, and say "pass" or "I don't know" at least once. Don't help it. When it stops, note the tool, the number of turns, whether it asked one question at a time, whether it suggested or diagnosed before the end, whether it flattered you or went therapist, and whether it closed on a next move and a day. Send us the first and last AI reply. Two prompts per person is plenty.

These prompts are plain text for you to use in an AI service of your choice. We don't operate that service, don't see what you type into it, and your use of it is covered by its own terms and privacy notice. The prompts are for reflection and experimentation, not medical, legal, financial or employment advice, and AI can be wrong, so keep a human in charge of any decision. Use your organisation's approved tool for anything about work and don't enter confidential information or personal details about other people. This page records ordinary website analytics only.
